01

Sign in and open the dashboard

Log in with the student account, then open Student Dashboard. The dashboard shows the Today section, subjects, live lessons, resources, notifications, and teacher questions.

02

Use the Today section first

This section gathers the next live class, latest teacher announcement, latest uploaded resource, and recent teacher answer so the student knows what to do immediately.

03

Join live classes

Open Weekly Schedule or Live Classes. If the lesson is live, press Join. If it is scheduled, the time and subject remain visible until the teacher starts the lesson.

04

Open resources inside the platform

Open summaries, recorded lessons, tests, and worksheets from the subject card. PDF files open inside the platform and are not offered as direct downloads.

05

Ask the teacher

Choose the subject, write a clear question, and send it. The answer appears in the question history and also creates a student notification.

06

Follow announcements and notifications

Teacher announcements appear in Course Announcements. Notifications collect replies, new resources, announcements, and scheduled live lessons.

Start from the teacher summary

Manage students and questions

Open Students to review enrolled students. Open Student Questions to search, filter, answer, edit, or delete questions. Each question has a reference number for follow-up.

03

Publish course announcements

Open Announcements, write the title and body, then publish. The announcement appears in the student Today section and sends a notification to enrolled students.

04

Upload resources

Open Course Resources and upload summaries, recorded lesson links, PDFs, tests, or worksheets. Shared grade resources can be made available to courses in the same grade.

05

Schedule and enter live lessons

Open Live Lessons, schedule the lesson, then use the studio icon when it is time to teach. Students receive a notification when a new live lesson is scheduled.

06

Create activities and save grades

Open Activities, add the activity, then open Assessments to enter scores and feedback. Use search and pagination when the class has many students.

Create classes, subjects, teachers, and courses. Then connect teachers to courses and enroll students in the correct subjects.

02

Manage students and teacher accounts

Use Students, Teachers, and Users to create accounts, review records, search, paginate, and update access data. Keep emails accurate because login and matching depend on them.

03

Control permissions

Use Roles to define who can view, add, edit, or delete records. Give only the required access for each employee.

04

Configure the public homepage

Use Landing Page Settings to update banners, hero text, statistics, teachers, testimonials, and live chat settings.

05

Set integrations

Configure platform profile, SMTP, WhatsApp/Wablas, payment keys, and live chat IDs before opening registration widely.

06

Operate large lists professionally

Use search, filters, pagination, and icon tooltips in every list. Avoid deleting records unless necessary; prefer archiving where available.
