This section gathers the next live class, latest teacher announcement, latest uploaded resource, and recent teacher answer so the student knows what to do immediately.
Open Weekly Schedule or Live Classes. If the lesson is live, press Join. If it is scheduled, the time and subject remain visible until the teacher starts the lesson.
Open summaries, recorded lessons, tests, and worksheets from the subject card. PDF files open inside the platform and are not offered as direct downloads.
Choose the subject, write a clear question, and send it. The answer appears in the question history and also creates a student notification.
Teacher announcements appear in Course Announcements. Notifications collect replies, new resources, announcements, and scheduled live lessons.
The teacher home page shows active courses, students, open questions, today lessons, announcements, upcoming live classes, recent students, and recent resources.
Open Students to review enrolled students. Open Student Questions to search, filter, answer, edit, or delete questions. Each question has a reference number for follow-up.
Open Announcements, write the title and body, then publish. The announcement appears in the student Today section and sends a notification to enrolled students.
Open Course Resources and upload summaries, recorded lesson links, PDFs, tests, or worksheets. Shared grade resources can be made available to courses in the same grade.
Open Live Lessons, schedule the lesson, then use the studio icon when it is time to teach. Students receive a notification when a new live lesson is scheduled.
Open Activities, add the activity, then open Assessments to enter scores and feedback. Use search and pagination when the class has many students.
Create classes, subjects, teachers, and courses. Then connect teachers to courses and enroll students in the correct subjects.
Use Students, Teachers, and Users to create accounts, review records, search, paginate, and update access data. Keep emails accurate because login and matching depend on them.
Use Roles to define who can view, add, edit, or delete records. Give only the required access for each employee.
Use Landing Page Settings to update banners, hero text, statistics, teachers, testimonials, and live chat settings.
Configure platform profile, SMTP, WhatsApp/Wablas, payment keys, and live chat IDs before opening registration widely.
Use search, filters, pagination, and icon tooltips in every list. Avoid deleting records unless necessary; prefer archiving where available.
